How much will shipping cost? Delivery is free on orders over R950; orders under R950 incur a nominal delivery fee of R150
Delivery service covers delivery of purchased items to the nominated address only - our Third Party couriers are not authorised or obligated to unpack, assemble or install furniture or remove any packaging from the nominated address. For assistance with unpacking, placement or installation, you are welcome to contact one of our approved installers
Due to the size and high ZAR value of our products, many items will be delivered crated or on pallets to ensure no damage occurs during transit to your nominated address. Crates can easily be dismantled with common household tools, however should you require any assistance uncrating your consignment, please contact one of our approved installers
Special delivery instructions / delivery vehicle restrictions: please be sure to notify us at the time of placing your order if there are any specific delivery instructions or restrictions that we and our courier partners need to be made aware of. Redelivery fees due to non-communication of these special instructions will be for your account and payment.
How long will it take for me to receive my order? Average delivery time to Main Areas is approximately 3-5 working days from dispatch; Outlying areas 5-7 working days from dispatch. Note that dispatch takes place once orders have been paid for in full – if paying via EFT (bank deposit), funds need to reflect in our account before dispatch takes place.
I need to delay delivery for a later date, is this possible? Yes, we can accommodate delayed deliveries - please ensure you notify us of this requirement at the time of placing your order so that we may make the necessary arrangements with our dispatch and courier teams. If no notification is given to us at the time of placing your order and we have already dispatched your consignment and have to re-route your order back to our warehouse, you may incur redelivery fee(s).
How do preorders work? If an item is on ‘ preorder’, this means that the stock has not yet arrived in South Africa, but we have confirmed shipments on the water from our overseas manufacturers. This functionality allows our customers to secure stock of their chosen item in advance of its arrival, and before stock sells out.
How will I know where my order is? Upon your order leaving our dispatch centre you will receive an email notifying you of dispatch, thereafter you will receive email notifications from our courier partner as to where your order is in transit.
