returns policy
We stand behind our products 100% - exceptional quality, meticulous attention to detail and comfort are an absolute guarantee with the MØN exteriors range and our core values of mindful design | honesty | sustainability apply to all areas of what we do.
We are absolutely certain you will love your new purchase, however, we do understand that sometimes there may be exceptional circumstances to consider.
For this reason, we like to keep our returns policy simple:
- If the item that you have received is damaged or defective- please report this to us as soon as possible within 30 days following receipt: we will send replacement parts/ pieces as required where applicable, or replace the set in its entirety where required.
- Our products are covered by manufacturer warranties and we will repair or replace/refund any item within the warranty period from the date of purchase. Details of the warranty period can be found on each specific product page.
- If you have changed your mind or encounter any other non-manufacturing issue and would like to return the item(s) purchased, we require that all returned items must be in their original packaging and in the condition in which it was received within 7 days following receipt thereof in order to receive a full refund. Products returned without original packaging material may be subject to the deduction of up to 15% of the purchase price as a repackaging fee when refunded.
- The cost of returning your purchase to us is for your account. We recommend and can arrange for our in-house couriers to collect from you.
- Upon return of goods to us, these goods will be inspected and in instances where items are not returned to us in 100% resalable condition (due to inadequate return packaging, incorrect assembly, damaged parts or lost components), we may levy reasonable fees or surcharges accordingly that will be deducted from refund due.
This will be determined upon receipt of your return to us for assessment. - Any amounts to be refunded to you will be done so via EFT (bank deposit) / via original payment method on receipt and assessment of the returned goods.
We will contact you for nominated bank details. - All images on the site are supplied by our manufacturers under both studio and natural lighting wherever possible to reflect the true appearance of the products.
